Oh a target setting day….

1) minimum 100/month

2) 1 run per week to be intervals or hills

3) go to club runs more regularly

4) to say no more often and make more time for what matters to me
5) more focus on cross/strength training

6) non running - deal with the clutter in the house & rehome it!

And days 1-5 done too.

Day 6 done.

Lots of crunching in the back on the mountain climbers today. I assume that's not a good sign.

Targets:
1. Get across to see my Dad (in Jersey) as often as possible
2. Stay healthy, especially listening when it is sensible not to run, ie don’t get obsessed with hitting a weekly/monthly/annual mileage target- that always ends badly!

3. Do some regular strength / resistance training to help to train consistently
4. Cambridge Half with my son in March - enjoy running it together, pace irrelevant
5. Glasgow half in October, see if 1:42 is possible
6. 5k / parkrun in sub 22

First 5 exercises done too!
