Targets : 1) Run 1200 miles 2) Run 100 miles every month (only managed 5 months in 2021) 3) Improve current 5k time 4) Marathon PB (currently 5:23) 5) Lose 7lbs 6) Do something active every day I’ll do my exercises later and post when done |

2022 targets: 1: Improve on my running fetch level from this year (61 or above) 2: Do more cross training and core work 3: Enter more multi sport races again 4: Lose half a stone 5: Drink more water 6: Better stretch routine after running Days 1-5 done. Planks proving tricky 😬 |

1. See my mum. 2. Run the Jökulsárhlaup (32.7k trail/fell with whole river to cross 😮) 3. Run 700 4. Be good to my core. Yoga and/or strength at least once per week. 5. Get to race weight (it's a bit saddening to see so many of us feeling we need to lose weight when the fact that we are even her suggests we are all well down healthy end. But in my case, 3-4k off will help my running). 6. Get a wava pb in something (this will depend on events actually happening). I haven't decided on any races for 2022 aside from the Jökulsárhlaup holdover (twice) but I'll up my training in the New Year as if I had! |
