6 targets: 1- get back on my bike properly! 2- start using the Nordic Walking poles and do one long pole powered walk a week 3- so that I loose those 2 kgs I cannot seem to shed. 4- keep up with some semblance of 12 days torture to reduce the waist line
5- regain shoulder and upper arm strength post injury 6- start, hopefully, covid dependent, teaching my gentle yoga class again.

6 Targets, in no particular order:
1. Weigh less in July than I do now, reducing fat%
2. Finish and enjoy Lakeland 50, a little less slowly than this year
3. Run parkrun sometimes - and volunteer sometimes too (one of each would be an improvement on this year)
4. Aim for Swordfish (57) standard, which means running any three from: 1 mile 9:36, 5K 31:23, 5 miles 51:58, 10K 1:05:35, 10 miles in 1:47:27, HM in 2:21:57 (hmm) and the biggest stretch a marathon 4:56:00 (Chester - actual target at the moment is a PB which would be 5:25 ish )
5. To do this I need to enter some more appropriate races, not just odd distance trail runs and ultras
6. Incorporate and *stick to* an appropriate amount and type of strength training that fits in with the running plan
