Off to have a few laps at a friends backyard ultra I’ll be doing day 6 when I get back but I might just do mountain climbers before I go 😂

1-5 done and I'll do 6 when I get back from my run. Planks assisted by a very soggy cat rubbing against me.

Right side plank causing me some back pain so I broke it up (I suspect a disc under undur pressure) but, despite some knee trembling (not that kind, Angus Clydesdale, filthy mind) I held my 1 min wall sit without any break.
