Have just done my sets for today. Still finding mountain climbers tough. I haven’t done planks for ages so just did elbow ones today. Will try the variations tomorrow because I felt ok with the elbow ones.

Fook me don’t do this minutes after a cup of tea!! That killed me. I did all the planks as one with couple of second breather in between each 30sec and to keep me from focusing on time did hand to elbow and step out planks.
Then the rest. I’m goosed! I don’t think I’ll be able to move after day 12!

Did that. Much more careful with the T pushup, so 30. Planks good, left side weaker. Added bicep, triceps, sit ups and mobility. Supposed to be my day off of core.....

I had been wondering why mountain climbers were so much harder than I remembered when I did them on Tuesday. Turns out I had Covid. The mountain climbers felt much better today and I liked the planks.

Done. Then did a 25 min upper body online session so done in now!
Planks ok but I did do them on my knees
Mountain climbers getting better, I’m doing mostly slow knee-in movements then proper ‘running’ ones for the last 10 secs
This is really motivating me to do some core/strength
