Day 5 done. I did all the planks back to back without a rest - that was a mistake. My core still hurts. I think I might break them up tomorrow.

Day 5 done. I decided to do it all in the correct order and back to back. I had to do my wall sit between the 2 sets of MCs though. I found the MCs particularly brutal today. Planks were actually OK except for the dog trying to sabotage me - he actually pushed me over at the end of one of my 30s planks. Oh and I fell on my arse after the first star jump
