Well as i am at work today and it's planking and Xmas dinner noon the planking will be tomorrow headache depending
Backs grumping a bit so when i figure out its direct cause i'll modify
appropriately. Assuming it's MC related but star jumps aren't much better
Wall sit's are kinda lol when you do them at work in meetings btw
