Target part: 1. Complete Adrienne's Move within 90 days (I know I'm not going to do it in 30, I never do!) 2. Run a sub-4 marathon (don't ask how many years that one's been a target) 3. 100 miles a month (12/12 in 2020, 11/12 looking likely for 2021) 4. Run a 100k race 5. Quarter Horse ranking (needs small pb at two of mile, 10k and half and well-within-pb at 5k) 6. 72 WAVA 5k |

I did t get to do my 5 days earlier as life happened but just done now. After this mornings run it killed me. Glad day 6 was kinder to my body!

Targets: 1. run 1500 miles in 2022 2. walk 150 miles in 2022 3. log 365 hours total training time 4. achieve fetch standard of Bluefish Tuna 5. run 100 miles each month 6. write 12 new routines for my fitness class Day 6 completed. Minimal rest between exercises and quite a few adaptations as my shoulders are not liking press ups or mountain climbers. |

My targets - 1. 1100 miles 2. More core/strength work 3. Get back on the rower 4. Enter and run a race 5. Do more speed work 6. Run my 50th Parkrun (9 to go). The rest is done for today. |
