Christmas’ Dad
Day 6 done. After doing day 5 this morning, running & having my Covid booster this afternoon, I think I’ll try not to fall behind again.
My 2022 targets are:
1. Run 1500 miles (via 700) and 100 miles a month 2. Walk more than I have in 2021 (currently 369 miles) 3. Regular stretching/yoga 4. Run a sub-4hr marathon (or at least one where I feel I’ve given my best) 5. Get more variety in my training. Swim and or cycle. Do regular core & strength work. 6. Fight the tendency to be an anti-social hermit. Keep up with friends. Join a club.
