Thanks FF, I was feeling good before the start, so I had an idea that I would run well.

Just a short run this morning of 9.4 miles. A change of intended route having had rain overnight I decided the grass paths I was going to run weren't the best of ideas so I stuck to roads as usual.

Well done FF.

I didn't run this morning, as I have my Covid jab at 2.30. I'll drive part of the way and walk the rest. That will be my exercise.

I've been watching the London marathon on the BBC.

Well done FF and hs on your great parkrunning.

I’ve been shopping with my friend, we have had an inov8 outlet shop open nearby. I got 2 pairs of trainers - inov8 trail roc and some road claws….. £20 each! They were in the samples ‘bin’ so comfortable and we were just lucky the sizes they have were our size.

Also got a jacket with built on mittens! And a hood £100 down to £50 and a cool tshirt.

I can’t wait to go back!

I like the t-shirt GG. Bargain shoes, unfortunately I'm a popular shoe size and wouldn't find the bargains you have.

All the shoes were massively reduced next time you’re up north defensively go along. The men’s sample size was 9-9.5 the ladies were 6-6.5. Maybe it was good luck I guess other times maybe different sizes.
