Your training is paying off again hs and your 10 mile race is ready and waiting! Looking forward to reading about it.
Excellent hill session Lesley and sure to give you extra zip now you're back into the swing

of things.
Hope the 4 miler in the woods went well gg. I've still not read your blog but aim to later today.
A windy 7 sounds great FF, well done on your continued streak of good running.
Just 5k today after a rest yesterday doing weights etc .

At last I've done 100 miles for the year so far😂.!! Two miles along a river path was ok this morning; now theoretically I could still get 1000 miles for the year but realistically, my usual ability to knock out 100 miles a month is just not there any more. (or hopefully only for now🤞). I'll stick on the thread until folks get fed up of me!!

Well done Steve for clocking up 100 miles, and this mornings river path run. We will never get fed up with you, so don't even think about leaving us!!

A nice brisk Farmers Walk this morning, and just completed Wordle in 3, so feeling good 🙂

Very productive hs! I dropped car in for service & MOT as it’s tin Newcastle and a hike from home I am waiting for it so went for a run. 7m along the riverbanks rather pleasant but misemembered the higher road we’d done for the wall last year. Back and car not ready stressing as my pas is picking me up at 12 but if I’m late so be it.

Steve please don’t consider leaving you’re always more than welcome here and we enjoy the chats. Ever hopeful Evangel will keep popping by too.

Well done for the windy 7 yesterday FF

Hope everyone else is ok

Thanks GG. I hope your car passes its MOT with no problems.
A good idea going for a 7 mile run, rather than hanging around in the waiting area. My service garage arranges to collect my car and return it after service/MoT. Saves a lot of hassle.

Well done Steve for getting out this morning.
Pleased you're doing active rest hillstrider and getting ready for your race.
GG, I did just that in February but the car was serviced too so I had a couple of hours for a run.

Ohhh Mexico! How fab LL enjoy every minute.

Seems my phone was playing up on typos yesterday as it knew I didn’t have my glasses with me 😂 it did get serviced as well yesterday I had a brake light out that they replaced and 5m along the road warning came back on!

I have used this garage for years but it’s becoming a bit of a hassle with not working in the area but I trust them to do a good job and not rip me off although yesterdays service was very expensive!

Off to get the boat opened for the season and after my spa yesterday I’m shattered!

Enjoy Mexico LL.

Services are expensive nowadays GG. We got a service plan with our new car so we don't need to pay anything for a few years. Hope there was nothing major wrong other than a break light.

Well done on your runs FF, GG, HS and Steve. Good luck with the race HS!

I did an interval session on Thursday, it was very warm, and am not long back from a 9 miler. Cooler today, snow forecast for tomorrow 😟.
