Well done for another 5k Steve.
Awesome stuff GG, you do test yourself don't you.
13.3 miles this morning for myself. Blue skies and sunshine but a chilling wind.

Well done Lesley and GG!

Well done Steve and FF.

A very cold wind in the forest too FF. I ran a solo 6.46 miles in the forest, which was very wet and muddy in places after last night's rain.

Rest day! As if I needed it! Awkward timing with a visit to the GP and one of those examinations for men (as if you want to know!😂). Low cloud and drizzle but mild, it's a weights and stretching thing for me.
The forest miles sound good hs as does your 4 LL.

Thanks for the good wishes, radio silence was so hard! Huge well done on the 5k hs & FF and Steve glad to see you’re out, with some answers and hoping you can get some peace with a declining pace (I started from there so I’m good with slow 🙃)

Sounds like a fab run Lesley good to see the miles clicking up and a lovely sounding parkrun LL

I survived all 3 of the darkskies run’s obviously as trail runs they were over distance (10.57, 26.71 & 14.82) loved last nights route despite the sore legs and tired body & heavy rain for last 1.5hrs, Friday was also rather pleasant and I smashed my target the other 2 well within cut off) drove home last night so very snoozy today. I’ll blog later. The marathon was a killer despite doing it twice before it felt so hard this time. But we had complete darkskies no moon and heavy cloud so it was a case of concentrating on every step in a torch beam.

Have to say it felt harder than doing The Wall last year where it was straight through running but over the moon to have completed them with a smile at the end of them all. I’ll blog later.

My medals…

It sounds nothing like a rest day Steve, with a visit to the Doctor, weights and stretching.

An amazing achievement GG for the 3 races, and then driving home. I doubt whether I could even have got into a car 🚗 let alone drive it. Nice medals 🏅

Well done GG!! Nice medals too.

Looks like everyone had a great weekend of running. Good to see you getting out Steve :-).

I took yesterday off and did a core session early this morning, tired now.
