Great stuff everyone, enjoy your xtraining farmers walk hs.

What's next... nothing planned until WHW (which we must plan) and discussions last night on maybe doing Petra - double marathon but a 6 day trip which sounds fabulous. I have a pass out just to see if N can wangle it!!

I am going to go out with geordiemum after work to stretch the old legs, which are feeling remarkably ok! Day 2 blog is up - you need a brew with it haha

Great blogs GG.

7.8 this morning with 4 miles at tempo pace. Fairly breezy out which made it a challenge at times. Despite not feeling like it I was pleased to have completed it.

Yeah breezy here but was nice to run in some sunshine (I went out late at 9.30am). The trails were absolutely sodden, as water logged as ever I've experienced in donkey s years. Still, 5.1 miles was a change from 5k!

Someone take Steve's temperature! A late start and 5 miles ;-)
Seriously though well done Steve, lots of recent rain has nicely filled the water table but more rain is due unfortunately.

Great blogs GG.

The wind does make running challenging, good one FF.

Well done Steve for your 5 miles.

I was out early this morning, 6x 2 minute hills. It was actually good, other than the second rep I got a little faster with each one. That hardly ever happens.
