HS, it seems that 'Predictive Text' is really having a field day today!

I read that there were unusual storms in Auckland so hope everything's ok for you LL.
It's looking highly unlikely that I'll hit the target this year! There may well be a lot of year left but I know my current capabilities and with January all but written off and February's start looking doubtful the rest of the remaining ten months will demand a miracle. And I still don't have heart scan results/recommendations!

Great to read about good efforts here and yes, that was a superb photo Lesley.

Hope the Achilles improves FF.

Thanks Steve, I'm now not sure if it was my achilles but it was certainly in that area, after a week off all now seems ok.

9.4 windy miles this morning to finish the month off.

I hope your your heart scan results/recommendations arrive soon Steve. It must be very frustrating waiting so long.

Well done FF for your 9.4 windy miles, finishing the month off.

This morning was 5 x 800 metres with 90 seconds recoveries on the gravel and grass track. The surface was ok except for one stretch of wet mud, which we had to run/wade through.

I phoned cardiology today, cardiologists summary was "out for typing up" and I should get the results in about two weeks. Normal time frame apparently.
Seems like your Achilles is behaving FF, great nine miler there.
Well done hs on your continued interval discipline.
My foot feels fairly good today and if it's ok walking downstairs in the morning I'll get out for a return jog

I managed a circuit of the lake today see how the knees are later. Only my second run since the fall and last one set me back a little so 🤞
Leaving NZ today.
Best wishes everyone.

Yes, fingers crossed for you LL. Back in UK soon?
A tentative one mile was pretty much ok for my foot although not quite 100%. Still, it's a start!

Hope you had a safe flight home LL!

A tentative mile is a good start Steve.

I ran 5.6 miles in the forest this morning. I've now got a green tick, and am just 2 miles below the line. 😁

Frustrating waiting for results Steve.

More very good running hillstrider.

I hope your knees behave LL and your onward journey goes well.

6 miles this morning for myself.
