Well done Lesley, a 1.5 minute improvement on your last parkrun 3 weeks ago is excellent!

You lot are doing fabulously! Great to read about what clearly are improvements and targets being met.
Hope the dentist isn't a nasty drilling FF!
I was well up to be on that comeback trail hs but my occasional "iffy foot" became "iffy" after that mile and a half! Going to have to wait for that to settle down now😂. Did some weights instead.

I trotted down the canal again today and it’s still frozen over. I guess as it has no “flow” it stays frozen longer

Steve, I hope your iffy foot starts behaving soon! Well done for the weights 💪

LL, sorry to hear that your knees are playing up!

GG, I hope your family in NZ are ok, and that you can fly hope tomorrow!

I had a nice steady 10 miles forest run this morning with a friend. We were the only two from the Monday Group 😕

Excuse my error! It should have read ""LL, I hope your family in NZ are ok and that you can fly home tomorrow!"
