😂I'm now 43 miles adrift which is around two whole weeks of running miles. My cough hasn't completely gone but at last I feel ok. But I have no intention of running on icy pavements or at low temperatures!
I missed noticing your fall as being in NZ LL! Hope the bruises/stiffness has improved now and well done on the miles you're putting in etc down there! I hope too that your Achilles isn't too much of an issue FF and of course I hope your leg gets sorted out Evangel, lots of frustration there I would think . Great 7 miler done EPix but glad you're being careful hs. The vague plan is a possible run/walk for a mile (or less!!) tomorrow when the thermometer rises.

Brief catch up hope you’re ok Ev, glad it wasn’t too bad a fall.
It has been lethal at times & its early days for the year. Chin up Steve hope we get some positive news soon.
Sorry I didn’t get to post over the weekend. The Flanci stall at The Running Show was manic but so much fun.
I joined boss lady and another ambassador for a 3k challenge on Saturday didn’t run Sunday or yesterday but went out after work tonight.

That doesn't sound very good LL, if you haven't already it does sound like you need to be seen by a medical expert.
Achilles seems to be behaving, I went for a plod yesterday afternoon before work and again this morning, I can feel it's not right now I'm home but not niggling like it was.

Not looking good LL, it would be a good idea to see a doctor, that is if you can get an appointment.
Take care Steve if you venture out tomorrow.
Good that your Achilles seems to be improving FF.
The pavements were frost and ice free this morning, so I ran a hilly 5 miles with a running buddy 🏃♀️🏃

Nice to have frost and ice free runs hs. Although what started as a lovely evening ended off with a shower which was so icy cold.
Hope Achilles is still behaving.
How are you doing loo?

Oh I hope you're on the mend LL and it's "just bruising"...(which is bad enough anyway). Glad your Achilles isn't too bad FF but of course nurse it appropriately! Good to see you frost free running hs and gg.
Back out for the first time in sixteen days this morning when I did one mile😂. Better than nothing and will hopefully creep up another mile or two before the end of the month . I suppose I could end up at the very bottom of the leaderboard soon! (But I won't be there for long if that's what happens!!).
