FF, thanks again, and yes I was pleased. Thanks LL, I had a bit of a scare during the first mile where my right knee "crunched." I was afraid it was going to lock, but I carried on and it didn't play up again. |

I was 357th out of 862, and 7th out of 17 in the 70 - 79 category. The 6 ahead of me were all younger than me.
