lildude My first road race in over 11 years and what a great run it was. As planned, I ran it barefoot and didn't really have much in the way of problems except for between about the 6 and 7km marks where the tar was particularly stony. For some of this I ran on the pavement, but couldn't for all. Results: Guntime: 46:05 Chiptime: 45:08 Gun Position: 169 / 694 Chip Position: 159 / 694 Cat Position: 85 / 225

martin K not a good race for me as i had a stitch at the 3.50 mile and it got worse so had to slow down but the good thing was there where 696 runners and to my surprise i came 231 so not bad there.
