Sunbed Athlete Massive PB for me so WELL CHUFFED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got 12th place which got me 9 pts for the SAGP aswel so good day allround.Just missed out 2nd team prize as was 4th counter but credit to the others as theyve ran great also. Sunbed Jnr was too young to run the 6k as age limit was 15 yrs so that was the only blip of the day.Saw May & Magoo with the twins.Even got a push of the pram which was great tho the wife gave me that look of

hannkies Decent run on a tricky wee course. Target was sub 58, so that was achieved. Worked well with a few other runners and helped me to a pb, so thumbs up to them ( Fetch pb say's a bit faster but that was a downhill course ), and don't see any reason why I can't go quite a bit faster still, so bodes well for the future. Excellent field today on a well organised race and well done to Kerry ( sba ) and Stevie ( cmontheaccies )amongst others for excellent runs. Finished 26th of 218.

bedlam_g Gambled a bit by getting carried along with a 5.34 first mile had a solid race till 6 then paid for start with 7, 8 and 9 before a really good last mile. Really pleased with time a 1.30 odd PB on a lovely day. Garmin measured 9.99. Splits – 5.34, 5.45, 5.50, 5.55, 5.51, 5.51, 5.57, 6.06, 5.57, 5.45

Scobos Sair glutes! Stopped at 3 miles for a couple of minutes to stretch, contemplated the DNF, then rejoined to run the next 4 miles at around MP, then picked it up in the last 3. Frustrating as conditions were perfect, but glad I took the safe option with FLM coming up. Some great runs today.

edso90 Garmin had this short so not sure if that time will stand although won't be far off. Hot day and a big tasty hill (as well as some wee undulations in the park) made this a tough 1st 10 miler for me. Happy overall.
