Lieutenant Lucerne If I do get a PB it will be by just a few seconds. Will certainly give it a go, but far from guaranteed. ***Update*** Did better than I expected; in particular I was a lot faster than last year on the uphill sections at 7K and 9K. Clearly the hill training is working.

KatieB Really no clue, i'll be running it as prep for GER which is the following week, so not expecting pb. Update. Start to finish chip time says 45:00, starting horn (oh er) to finish is 45.23...I am as chuffed as a chuffedy thing, couldn't be chuffdier. Held back on the pace a few times and it's a hilly course...there's more to come. :-)

BrianJ Gave it everything, but set off a little too quickly - got to 5K in 27:40 then was overtaken a lot in the second half. Conditions were perfect, race well organised.

Silvershadow Can't say if I'll PB or not. Training miles are well up on the last time I did a 10k back in May so may be worth a punt. Really pleased with my time. Even with the hills it was way faster than before.
