Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Foxy felt really down, had a silly argument with running buddy, stormed off in huff & ended up with an off road PB - would rather not have the PB & been less sensitive - just a bad day out there :(

finished 41st.

Jonny Ran this on very tired legs and not much sleep over the last 3 days. I hadn't run for 3 weeks so decided to run as I felt. Legs felt tired immediately but moved along at 8m/mile pace for the first 7 miles. By the 11th mile I was starting to slow dramatically and had a bad path through to 15 miles. From there on in I was going along at 11-12m/mile pace. Legs feel very stiff now and found some painful chaffed areas in the shower afterwards.

Naomi P Lovely! Coasted through the first 10 miles, took it easy for the next 10 and had loads and loads in the tank for a great final 7 miles. Superb views too, and great to see so many familiar faces.
