Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Leg End 21st century PB on a warm day (21º at finish). Worked hard all the way. Difficult patch 8-10 miles and very hard last mile. But I did it! - 18 secs inside my target (which I thought was very optimisitc). Average pace of 8:22 m/m

Lumsdoni My first Half-Marathon, aiming for sub 2:00
1:57:56, very happy with this as it was very hot on the day. Good to see Running Rev and 2 Flat Feet. Tagged on to them for first 3 miles but at 8min/miles it was too fast for me. Went through 7 miles on the hour though, but then things started getting tricky.
Legs got very heavy and had to make a few walking breaks. Last mile seemed like forever until I managed a sprint finish for the crowds. Overall, a great race, and glad I have a half Marathon time to PB against! Get those credits ready, I have the bug now!

Highlanderchick Thankfully it wasn't as hot as Norwich, phew. There was no race chip for this event, time above is the events official time, and time from Garmin was 2 hrs and 49 sec. Didn't beat my PB, although I felt I was running well, that was until the Bra incident and then my calf and shin clamped up at 9 miles.

Lorraine Iam soooo happy with this result.A PB of 8 mins what more can a girl ask for!!Ok so I lost time badly on the last 1:5 miles but I don't care.My 10 mile split was 1:30:22 which is also a PB. I am really very happy
