Krukers A PB!!! Perfect weather.Managed reasonably steady mile splits.Some excellent runners who (unknowingly)acted as pace-men. Didn't drink enough so pretty dry at finish, and no sprint over last 200yds, as legs were finished. First time I've worn Asics DS Racers. Fast, but feet were sore by end.Might keep them for 10k's instead. Lovely hot shower back at race HQ. Painfully long drive back to Swansea.

Jogging Jon A bit slower than I really wanted but happy with another sub 2 hour finish. Took me 10:30 to get to mile one. Once again a great race really well organised.
