The Husky PB by nearly a minute the first mile was 20 secs slower because marshalls didnt direct us the right way. I timed myself as 1hr 20:45 so they must have adjusted the clock by 30 secs to compensate for the cock up. Still i'll take 1hr 20:12 thats a bonus. The wet, windy and hilly conditions didnt suit everyone a sub 1:20 would be possible in more favourable conditions.

wildebeast hoping to go sub 90 but not sure i have the speed this year but i love this race paced it perfectly although i thought i was running too slow was 5th for the 1st 1/4 mile cos the fast guys went the wrong way funniest thing ive seen them trying to weave their way through the slowies looking evil,i had a blast

Alopex I have more excuses than you can shake a stick at. Just to say that at 10m I was fine (albeit only running just under 8mm), & then I paid the price of a month of no running at all, & 24 hours without eating (long story). Still I do like this race & route, & shall be back for a 1:35 next year

Relkeel66 My garmin measured this race short, wondered if anyone else found this? Official time 31 secs faster than mine, so i think I will stick with my own as being accurate.

taulpaul Terrible conditions - cold, constant heavy rain and strong winds made this a tough race. Other than that scenic and enjoyable course with great encouraging marshalls despite the weather. Just a cheap looking medal at the finish as t-shirt arrived in post prior to the race. Came in position 197 out of 480 finishers.

Krissie Second half. Dont think I could do much worse than in the first :-)...........pb by over 16 minutes, very very happy. Lovely marshalls, cold cold cold, didn't mind the hills, muddy finish was fun even if it did ruin my new trainers.
