kaysdee Sorry for the bets, a definite off day. Possibly a touch of lingering marathon fatigue. Legs were pretty good to be honest, but could not get my breathing under control. Didn't like the new course, too twisty.

ktj Way off my pb and a really hard slog, but talking to others a lot of people found it hard today. Maybe that wind along the top straight. Thanks to all the cheery marshalls - was ready to stop by the 5k mark but a bit of encouragement kept me going

Ha! Ha! love this rememberance sunday race..never missed it..always run well here too..be looking for sub 45 or even better :) *UPDATE* ran well again..43.30 my best for this route..pleased.. 1st half in 21.11 so didnt lose loads ont 2nd half :)

Screeners seasons best so very pleased. Cold and breezy on Town Moor but good race, well organised and pleased I did it. Not sure if some of the km markers were a bit out? Either that or my pacing was completely to pot! At 7km mark, it was like a switch going in my head and suddenly the race felt comfortable and I felt strong. Did a really strong final 3km, passing quite a few people. Pity the switch didn't go on at around the 2km mark!
