SuzyWoo Struggled during this race with my breathing. 1 min off PB during marathon training so not too bad i guess. Found 2nd half tough with the change in surface and slight headwind. Would have given anything for a hill strangely!!!

The Outlaw Fast, flat one lap course. Good, fairly even pace. 5K @ 18:20. Felt good throughout, finished strongly. 43rd/536; 2nd MV50; 7th Ranelagh; 1st Ranelagh MV50. 6 seconds faster than last month's Dysart - sub 37 minutes the next target! The result means I have retained the Surrey Road league V50 title with a race to spare. My right hamstring sore after finishing.
