Bodge Again a managed to pick up a niggle just 1km into the race again struggled to push up the hills but was okay on the flat and down hill streches. This time it was the left calf/achillies need to visit physio again to move the crap out of the muscles. this coming back is a struggle but I will keep going.

Coopz 2nd best 10k time ever. Really enjoyed the race, well organised, would have done a bit faster time but I seem to have forgotten how to tie my laces properly!
