DGA Surprisingly good weather - a bit hillier than expected in the loops around Buntingford at the start - the rest I knew about. Pleased with my time - in my first real race since 1998. My spring goal is to get back under the hour - and so this off the back of some hard weeks and a Christmas dinner is encouraging for flatter future runs with a taper. Flat Out Fi Weather conditions were perfect for the Buntingford 10 this morning! I forgot how hilly that one is!! Was really pleased to come 5th lady overall and 3rd FV35 - my time of 1.06.53 wasnt too far off off my pb of 1.061.21. V happy with that as not run 1.06 anything for 10 miles for a while!! Shame no prizes were given out for 3rd place today!!!

Hills of Death (HOD) Had nice run with perfect conditions didn't push it just steady and solid again some discomfort from the soleus/ankle but felt I could go on forever at that pace my legs weren't as strong as should be but feeling good.
