neiltaff considering that i was unable to run 25 metres on the monday preceeding the race ,i was amazed at my time and the fact that i was able to run at all .I'd only run about 20 miles max in the five weeks or so leading up to this race

Barky Did well to hold onto 7mm pace for abt the firt 4miles, then died. Overrall I was pleased thou when one considers I have not trained well during the summer!
