Turbo doesnt count Hooray a pb, but as with others it was my first so bound to be one. Started off a bit quicker than I planned but managed to keep the pace going and even found something extra for the last 3 miles which were my quickest, bizarre! Happy as the previous longest run this year was 13 miles, here's to Stratford full...

Sidman Great race, well organised. Disappointed I didn't manage 8 minute miling but legs feel okay today so hopefully there will be something left in the tank for April 23rd.

hammerite After a poor March due to injury decided I was going to plod this. I did but had a nightmae from 13 miles out after a convenience break. Couldn't get back into it and my legs seized up after for the last 5, and had cramp for the last 4!!
