CookPassBabtridge A good race, went off a bit mad at the start but not as mad as some. Worked through the field the whole race and felt decent. First PB since last March so pleased it is going well again.

Determined Plodder My second year of running this race - it was the first race I ever did when I took up running last year. This time I improved my time by three minutes on last year - so I am well chuffed!!!!!!

molarman Freezing cold and dull, then the sun came out and turned into a lovely run. Start way too congested though, with quite a few fallers.

Ojo I am wet with anticipation! Time is gun time, watch time was 30:32. After a succession of non-running injuries and illness it was my first run for six days. Start was rather spirited but it soon thinned out. It was a fast course but could not seem to get into it. That is my problem though and there were some great runners in the field.

parkbench Start still congested, even though I tried to get near to the front. It was freezing cold and a little windy. Steady pace all round. No major issues.

Pricey Found it a bit of a struggle, perhaps due to the wind. The start was crazy, I saw several runners go down. Took me a while to settle down after that.

Team Win Had tight hamstring from wednesday's training but felt okay this morning so ran the race. Legs felt heavy all the way and didnt feel that out of breathe at the end so reckon the lack of stretching/training since wednesday held me back. The time is a 5 second PB but dont rate this run anywhere near my Abergele one as the course at Alsager is a lot faster.

wathan Well what a race!! Stupid start got pushed over like a skittle and ended up doing a army role. Hurt my back and knee in the procces so all down hill from there!!
