I took up running in the late months of 2005, Since then I have represented Wales in the British and Irish mountain championships,also have represented Wales in the BUPA Great Welsh Run, and completed World Trophy trials in 2008. I competed in the 'International Island Games' in Greece in 2007. Plus have ran in other countrys like France and Italy in the last year!. In 2005 I was ranked 4th in the UK under 17's over 10 miles and in 2007 was ranked 24th U20 over the half marathon, and i have several senior vests for North Wales. I am qualified UK athletics level 2 endurance coach, and I have BTEC National Diploma in Sport Performance and Fitness.
I am currently training hard for the San Francisco marathon in July 2010. And I manage a specialist running shop in Kesiwck north lake district.
