beej777 Hell of a headwind all the way along and a lot of sandy patches on the route - so overall pretty pleased considering it is only 10 days after Paris! Sand should clear up later in the year hopefully.

Dr Del Usually wind is behind you along front - not this time made hell of a difference, didn't pace myself very well, got caught up in rush from start! Can't the council dig some of that sand out!

Pinno One hell of a headwind for tonights race meant no chance of a PB. Plus Whilst tacking my Tracksuit top of prior to race twisted my ruddy ankle. Thankfully managed to complete the race.

Steve72 Blustery headwind made it hard work. Also bursting for the loo but the toilets were closed. Found it hard and very, very disappointed with the time.

wathan First one for me!!! hope it's good and the weather stays dry and wind down ha!!!! Bloody hell it was windy on the front by the sea!! and there was loads of sand on the course what was that about???
