coyley1 Tough long series of climbs for the first half before a quick second half mostly on flat or downhill sections with one climb involved. Not a race for a PB really. Although strangely this is my best time for a 10k.

R.I.C.O. Well, well, well. The speed I did this one was a bit of a surprise as I thought it would be another scorcher like last year. Fortunately it was'nt but I still started too fast. Maybe on a flatter course I would have been between 35-36 mins but its still a PB. The lads out front started very quickly, one day I'll be there!

rhb Usually first hot run of the year, but some acclimatisation this week may help on the day! running across town to start to get extra miles in - not expecting fast time as a result.... solid run - not too hot, negative split (almost impossible to not do that here! Happy with progress.

The Husky Good conditions slightly humid but better than most other years. Very pleased with my time suprised to be 30 seconds faster than predicted especially for that course. Enjoyed the race not far off a PB so I'm delighted hopefully I can keep improving this year and stay injury free.
