DaveP Nice undulating course consisting of two approx 3 mile laps. Execellent organisation and good atmosphere, even urged on by some runners that I passed :) thanks Mr Wrexham whoever you were. Was suprised how well I went in this one as had done Anglesey marathon week before so legs were a bit hmmmmm. Plan was to take it relatively steady first lap to see how legs were then try to go for it second. I did that and ended up doing both laps exact same pace ha ha so much for science!
