The_Saint Slightly surprised to go that quick even on that course after doing Llanwonno (Wed), Tintern (Thu) and Guto Nyth Bran (Sat evening) and bashing my heels to pieces on the rocky descents.

PQ Haven't raced a 10K for a year so not sure how this will go, but will be hoping for a pb. 1 min 28 sec faster than last year.

fetcheveryone Lots of downhill, so I have real mixed feelings about the PB really - I doubt I'd have broken 50 going in the opposite direction. Legs were going in the flat third mile, but I held on til the downhill, and used the slopes. Final bridge was really weird and jelly-like. Pleased with my dads time (55.xx). I ran 44.37, but I've since decided that I would prefer to have a fairer representation of my best 10k time, so I've cleaned my time out.
