Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I will try slowing down 😆. As an infrequent cyclist I do find it hard to judge effort, especially indoors.

@Dibble re runners up the Alpe, there's currently no integration between zwift and the incline on your treadmill so they are probably running it as flat. There are incline workouts but they give you instructions to change your incline rather than following the terrain (the incline display is so tiny anyway).

I'm planning on running up the Alpe at some point, I think i'll probably have my treadmill at 8-10%. But there'd be nothing to stop me setting the treadmill to -3 ;)

Oh and re incline, it depends on the treadmill, mine goes to 15% but there are specialist incline trainers you can get which get ludicrously steep.

I do think it’s odd when you’re riding along and then there’s a runner at the side of the road!

If you’re running zoom and Zwift do you need two separate devices?

I bumped into the wiggo peloton - thank god it wasn't real life there were thousands of the buggers!
went up and down the volcano, and glad to see that I could hold a reasonable wattage (for me) while keeping my heart rate under control where I want it to be :-) i can see improvements already

Meglet - sorry don’t know guess so. Discord is the integrated one but I run that off phone with headphones.

zwiftinsider.com Pic at the bottom of this has two devices.

I actually ran up to the top of Mt Ventoux from the chalet in real life a couple of years ago, was overtaking a few bikes. Now runners overtake me on Zwift! 😂

I believe you need 2 devices. Will check with our club guru and get back.
