I love Adriene! I can't manage to do a session every day but generally manage one or two at the weekend and then another one or two in the week. I like her philosophy of not trying to do what the photos in a ypga magazine look like, make your own shape

This is the first time I have managed to do it daily and I am really feeling it. I was glad to read that today would give the shoulders a break. Unfortunately having done a MTB ride and a decent dog walk up a hill earlier, my legs did not enjoy some of this today.

You are very good keeping to it HP. I missed yesterday and doing two tonight does not appeal! I will try and do one - Day Six - and catch up later.

Managed to do day six last night at 10.30 - if not as wholeheartedly as I would have liked. Still not as into it enough, I feel. I can't get myself into that soothing (soppy? Is that my problem?) frame of mind.

I'll persevere though and try and catch up the missing session today. Although after a tough morning track session I might not be so keen on doing two Adrienes.

The problem is me not her I hasten to add!

Have now caught up by doing Day 7 and Day 8 one after the other - they're both relatively 'easy' so it was fine.

Day 8 is a nice relaxing practice. Lots of foot massage, HP!

I was ok with the self love etc talk from Adriene for once. As I'm the sort of person that thinks your best friend might be soft with you, and quite right too but that's no excuse for all that 'don't be so hard on yourself yourself' fluffiness... going with the love in flow is hard for me!

Had trouble with Day 7 - my balancing was not good - loved todays practice though :-), any 'training' that needs a pillow is good in my book :-)
