Have you searched her stuff on YouTube. She does specific ones for runners and back ache. She might do something that really fits the bill. Then you could alternate with day 1 for variation.

That's a great idea for Jenny, HP. I found many useful ones last year. Also I went through the first (2015) 30 day thing later last year. Some good short sessions there too.
HP: such a -literal - pain about your foot/feet. So important! (Well durrrr obs.) do you have probs running?

I've not had the day 6 email yet!
I was feeling fine this morning and then just before lunch, my back has gone pop again

Found it on Youtube and managed to do most of it. The 'Texas T' is actually a stretch that an old physio gave me to help with my SI joint pain so it was a useful routine. Can't get into a bridge though

Texas T is also a basic Pilates move.

I found day 6 tough. Not sure if it was timing - I normally do evenings but I am out later. My back is niggly after osteopath yesterday too so the twisty crunch things were hard. I opted out of a couple of things.

Was I right with '6 pack'? However jokily she says it.

Yup!
My feet are an oddity. My osteopath is currently sorting out a whole host of long standing niggles/issues. I suspect my feet are just another result of an old injury. They get painful sometimes if I am in walking boots/structure trainers for a while. Usually loosening the laces makes a big difference. Having lock laces on my running shoes seems to help. I do wonder whether consistent yoga might actually help to strengthen things.

I think it would hp. Adriene mentioned last year that her feet had completely changed (one assumes for the better!)
I always did foot work with my Pilates students.
