I'm a day behind. Day 2 done as best I could this morning although some bits were impossible with a new hip! I enjoying doing the bits I can do though and part of the journey for me is to not have to do things brilliantly but just to have a go.

Didn't do Day 3 yesterday and am now having second thoughts about this year - whether it's right for me this time or not.
I have it there ready and will either do 3 and 4 today - or decide against it.
I should perhaps give it (and myself) a chance - I still think Adriene and her 30 day programmes are good, just can't quite get into it atm. You do have to give yourself up to that way of thinking and I'm having a hard enough time committing to the S&C schedule my coach has sent...
Am just a bit wintery right now!

Last year it took me about 3 months. I know it's intended to be every day but 'find what feels good' surely applies to daily practice too. I don't expect to continue daily once back on the work/school merry-go-round.

My si joint went pop while in a squat at hot yoga this morning and it really hurts now. Going to try to do today's later on but will have to see how my back recovers.
