Okey dokes.

I'm off to 'hop into something comfy' and 'let's get started.'

really enjoyed it - HP, I have learned *not* to do yoga in the same room as the dog otherwise he gets very 'helpful' :-D :-)

Thanks for starting the thread and reminding us HP! It's good to be back with you and Fraggle - the main two I remember from last time! Think MH dropped in quite often, too.

I was as good as my word and nipped upstairs to do Day One. Probably just the ticket after a hard track session this morning.

Do you remember how she lulled us into a false sense of security then hit us with a really long session Day 3 or 4? Still, there were a lot of short ones too - some only 15 minutes or even less.

Having started Day One on Day One, I will definitely try to keep up - it's worth making that commitment and last year I found you CAN do it quite late at night. It's better than rushing into it straight after eating after all!

She posted the session lengths for the first week. It's on FB I think. Let me look.

Thanks again HP!

That looks very do-able doesn't it? Day 6 is not 'much' over half an hour.

I seem to have found something to join in with thanks to you. It's often a bit difficult for me as I am an odd shaped Fetchie (so to speak)

Day 1 completed; thanks for he reminder HP.

I'd started this last year then damaged my right arm so it was non-weight bearing which made it tricky to do yoga.

I'm all signed up. Have done Adriene's Yoga for Headaches today and had blogged about it when mad4purple told me about the challenge.

When I'm in a good routine, I do 2 hour long hot yoga sessions each week so it'll be good to add this to it and do some yoga everyday.
