I found last year that it's actually easy enough to do two day's worth in one day, if you want to catch up.

Some sessions will be more taxing than others but Adriene with one n tends to give you a 'soft' option. As she takes delight in saying 'find what feels good'. As mantras go it's not a bad one.

I started on day 2 too. I'd already done one of Adriene's videos by the time I learned about the challenge yesterday evening. I go to a hot yoga class every Wednesday and Friday anyway so I'll be doing two sessions on each of those days so I can keep up.

Day 2 done. I really enjoyed it. I like that the start of her 30/31 day challenges take you back to basics. It's been a nice reminder of the need to transition between postures with intention too.

DDR - I have struggled to find a real life class close by let alone something like hot yoga. A friend has just rediscovered yoga through the YwA videos and is going to train as an instructor - she lives nearby so gingers crossed she does some classes that are handy. In fact she might need guinea pigs for her training :)

Hey DDR, good to see you here.

I've just done day 1. I need to modify some things, my shoulder doesn't like being in a straight extended position, or in a hands behind head elbows bent position. I'll do as she says and find what feels good.

I'm not very flexible and struggle with some parts but adapt it.

I am flexible, too much I think, but my left shoulder is rubbish and requires some physio which I'm waiting for

I like her 'find what feel good' mantra. She really encourages you to do what works for you and not crank yourself into something that isn't right. As someone who is generally pretty self conscious I like doing this in the comfort of my own home as I would be more inclined to try and do it 'right' in a class full of other people. If I could pop to Texas I'd do an Adriene class though.

I will have to wait another half hour or so for Day 2. I'm too full of food.

I was really pleased that the Adriene classes meant I could (fairly) easily cope with a none beginners actual class last summer. Proves how good she is!

Right, that's Day Two. Can't say I mega enjoyed it, it was ok though... and at least included my fave rave from last year ...Happy Baby pose, which I find genuinely relaxing in a silly, carefree, let go sort of way. Must remember to do it more!
