Day 10 was perfectly timed for me - after sunday's hilly 10k I'm a little stiff in my hips today, and Day 10 featured some long extended (wide knees) childs pose which was great

I've just done it too, fraggle. And yes the softer, stretchy nature of the session was very welcome.

First revolution fail. My sister called as I was about to start. She was on for 2h20. Too late for me now but alarm set to do it early tomorrow. 1 morning, 1 evening.

Up at 6:45 despite being kept awake half the night by the howling gale. It was a great start to the day. I wonder what day 11 holds.

Thanks. It was a thought to get out of my cosy bed but so glad I made the effort. I am definitely more of an evening yoga person. I felt a bit like I wanted her to get on with it, as I knew I had to get dog out and get organised for work. Also I feel more supple in the evenings.

Even more well done then. It's fairly standard to be more flexible by evening - after all we've had all day to warm up the muscles.
