halfpint
I have been on this site for years and no one has ever called me anything other than HP or half pint. I feel quite honoured to have a new name. *glows*

I agree, Brig.
That was Day 17 for you.
Still (ha, ha) it was what I needed seeing as I hadn't bothered to stretch after my hour and a half track session earlier. Once again i didn't really feel like doing it tonight... but I did (just now) and I'm glad.
Only problem was working out what she wanted when the pose demanded you looking AWAY form the screen.

I struggle a bot with knowing what to do when I can't see the screen due to hearing deficit. Still enjoying the journey though. Downward dog is starting to feel comfortable!

Mmm that must be difficult - good on yer for continuing, Brig.
It's difficult when a new pose has your back to the screen for the first direction. As most are done on both sides the second time is invariably easier.
Perhaps it's a traditional yoga thing to always turn anti clockwise first? I don't see why though ... unless it's some mad thing about turning towards the heart.
I suppose we cold always stop the recording and move our screen - but I feel that interrupts the flow (such as it is).

No! I'm getting muddled! It's mirror image of course. SHE turns to her right, definite;ly nothing to do with the heart. But right takes precedence in most things doesn't it?

In one of the other 30 day things she makes reference to their being a reason to do it in a certain order but I don't think she ever actually explains. That might have been a specific pose. I have a feeling it was to do with digestion or something.
