Damn, had to cancel my appointment tomorrow as I had the lurgy last week. I’ve had to reschedule for January as the other sessions this year are only a few days before races.

The protocol set out by eL Bee: "use the actual time on the machine which, I believe starts pretty much as soon as the needle is in and unclamped, and stops when the "You-are-all-done" alarm sounds.I always ask them to tell me the time if I can't see it". I *will* remember to shave my arm tomorrow am.

I always ask them to tell me how long the donation took. I can't remember my record but for some reason I think it's sub-4 mins.

I'm definitely doing that from now on. I thought you had to time yourself on your phone, and decided I'm already weird enough

Under 4 mins is v quick sallyk. I've logged a few of mine in my Fetch training log (of course!) and they were a bit over 4, which I thought was quite quick!
