Genius HappyG!
I usually bung it on farcebook (nice to encourage others) - three years ago I took 3 mins 52 seconds; it's usually 4 mins something.

I've found a "about 4 mins" and a "slower than usual but still quicker than most in there around 6 mins". I clearly haven't been recording seconds (and 10ths of seconds) sallyk, I need to up my game! G

Good idea about posting on Farcebook, but I don't post anything on it because I might get a dent in my tin hat, so it will have to be Fetch! G

Sigh
I have my 4th donation next Tuesday. I didn't get the time for my 1st one, but when I found out it was 'a thing', I set up a Note on my phone to record them. 2nd donation done in 4:47, 3rd in 6:18 (in both cases the times advised by the nurse).
I've just done a quick map of where the first three donations went

westmoors, I don't think I ever used to but then one of the nurses commented that I was quick and ever since then I like to know how quick. Daft, really!

Yeovil - nice! Lots of my family members spent time there, a while ago now. (I'm lucky enough never to have spent a night in hospital.)

8 min 15 sec. Left arm. Long way off the target time - we were asked to drink 500 ml of isotonic mix before donating - which interfered with my nutrition plan đ No TUC biscuits âšī¸

Timing donation is a thing - a fellow donor photographs the bleepy-bleep machine display....
