Getting hard to fit it round training and races. But... I ahve discovered that I can run (gently) the day after giving blood. Gave blood at 7pm, gentle training run at 12pm the next day. Felt fine. Keep up the good work. Happy donating everyone! :-)G

Is a longer process - about 90 mins to 2 hours and you give more regular. Got a bag and t shirt for my troubles - was like finishing a race and getting goody bag!
