Willkommen and bienvenue! Diogenes wrote: Welcome TR. There is already a sub-3 thread fetcheveryone.com/forum/sub-3hr-marathon-17719/ If you use the search button (top right) you can find this and a lot of similar threads Ooh, sounds like it would be helpful if those who knew the RW Forum could maybe post links to our closest equivalents to established RW threads, to help folks find their way round. (I'm assuming they were also counting to a million, right?) |

Morning all. Another RW sub-3/Stevie-G threads refugee. M47, currently retired from marathons as I try to regain some semblance of fitness and health, but marathons are ultimately my favourite distance so hopefully that's only a temporary state of affairs. |

Hi TT, TR, wardi 👋 Just jump in on the sub-3 thread on here I guess? That’s assuming wardi can drag himself away from the ‘joke of the day’ thread! |

Big_G wrote: StevieG, do you happen to know what happened to Dachs (I hope I got the name right)? His couple of cartoons of Scotch Eggington were hilarious. Got a bit big time and didn't want to mix with us types any more ![]() But no, think he moved away from wanting to constantly post about running I suppose. |

I thought I'd already posted. I actually came over to fetch when fetch left rw. But been on both ever since. I only posted on the daily training thread on rw nowadays. I will miss that but hopefully they come over here, some already are. Hazelnut, night owl, alehouse, not sure who else. |

Odd: Dachs runs for Reading and used to train on the Thames so I'd bump into him from time to time on a Sunday run. I just looked at his po10 profile and it ends abruptly Woodley parkrun Dec 30th 2023 and nothing since in 2024. |

Another RW refugee - been there man and boy for 20+ years and see a few familiar names on here. I guess it was inevitable, most threads dried up - I was only on the daily training posts and an occasional lurker on the sub 3 / 3.15 / 3.30 pages |

Ha... circle of life indeed. I remember us Fetchies hanging out on RW because there was no forum here when the site was first opened up. It's how most of the early birds were recruited....
