M47, currently retired from marathons as I try to regain some semblance of fitness and health, but marathons are ultimately my favourite distance so hopefully that's only a temporary state of affairs.

I only posted on the daily training thread on rw nowadays. I will miss that but hopefully they come over here, some already are. Hazelnut, night owl, alehouse, not sure who else.

I just looked at his po10 profile and it ends abruptly Woodley parkrun Dec 30th 2023 and nothing since in 2024.
