Should really do a longer run but have only run once in last week. 🤔
Back home now and weather fine for running.
(Decorating to finish, new cooker arriving tomorrow morning, IT upgrade to do at church ...)
Yesterday's walk up Ben Bhraggie was quite tough.
Not much "rest" in last week but now miss patter of little feet clutching books as soon as I come through door.
