But I have been running a bit, cycling a bit and crosstraining a bit, so all good. I'm super happy to see the daily thread taking off. It was quite a small group in the past couple of years over on RW. I guess we should have moved over hear much earlier. Today's run was 8k without rain for a change. The last couple of days always meant wet feet. Yesterday was so bad I went to the gym and sweated out 10k on the treadie. Have a great afternoon.
